Take a Deep Breath. You’ve Got This.
Your mind may immediately think of pregnancy when your period is late. However, keep in mind that your periods can become irregular or even stop because of other health conditions, extreme weight changes, stress, and more.
You need answers before moving forward. We provide urine pregnancy testing to give you fast results. Pregnancy tests detect hCG, a hormone produced during pregnancy. When hCG builds to detectable levels in your body, you receive a positive result.
If you receive a positive result, know that pregnancy testing alone isn’t enough to confirm you’re pregnant. That’s where an ultrasound comes in.
Protect Your Health and Get Answers.
We’ll offer you an ultrasound to medically confirm your pregnancy. This scan verifies critical details you need to make a decision.
You’ll learn the following:
- Viability: Is your pregnancy progressing, and is there a heartbeat? As many as 26% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage. If this has occurred, you may need monitoring or medical treatment.
- Gestational age: How far along are you? Knowing this information can help you determine when you conceived and your pregnancy options.
- Location: Is your pregnancy located in the uterus? Sometimes, a fertilized egg implants in a location outside the uterus, such as a fallopian tube or the cervix. This is called ectopic pregnancy, and it requires immediate treatment to prevent life-threatening complications.
After learning this information, you’ll have what you need to discuss your options.
